Job Summary Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a experienced technician who enjoys leadership, patient care, and supporting a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support veterinary treatment team during shifts Oversee patient care, treatments, and anesthesia monitoring Assist veterinarians with exams and procedures Ensure proper medical record documentation Maintain hospital workflow and team communication Training and mentoring within the staff Monitoring Controlled Substance medications and logs Working closely with
Hospital Manager Requirements:
Active Nevada LVT license 3+ years veterinary technician experience (lead experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Flexible working hours - must be able to work some Sat.
