Job Description
Just Cats Hospital in South Euclid, OH is hiring an experienced veterinary technician to join our team. Our mission is to provide high-quality veterinary care to cats in a comforting and fear-free environment. We promote and protect the health of all cats and preserve the bond that pet owners have with their pets by fostering an environment of compassion, empathy, and education. We strive to create a positive work environment that encourages curiosity and learning and supports employees in their own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual lives. We continuously hold ourselves to the highest medical standards and are constantly seeking new paths to improve our knowledge of veterinary medicine as well as delivery of excellent customer service to our clients. As a one-doctor practice, our small team works closely together and every team member's skills genuinely matter — this isn't a place where you'll get lost in a big staff. Our calm, quiet environment (no barking dogs!) lets us focus entirely on what cats need. The ideal veterinary technician is curious, flexible, and team-focused. We'll be honest. Just Cats Hospital isn't for everyone. If you hate working as a team or if spending hours with customers annoys you, then we're probably not for you. But if you've got a big brain and would like to use it to improve patient quality of care and continuously grow your skillset, then you need to apply. The Role As our Dental & Surgical Technician, you'll work directly alongside our veterinarian as a true partner in dentistry and surgery — not just support staff. Because it's a one-doctor practice, you'll have real ownership over the dental/surgical patients and a lot of trust placed in your judgment and technique.
