Spay Oklahoma is looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our lifesaving team!
Schedule:
FULL TIME
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM -Rotating weekend on-call schedule Please note: This position requires prior veterinary experience. Due to the pace and demands of our surgical clinic, this is not an entry-level position and is not suited for someone with little to no veterinary technician experience.
The ideal candidate will:
Thrive in a busy, fast-paced surgical clinic. Be an excellent multitasker with strong organizational skills. Be comfortable working on their feet throughout the day. Work well as part of a supportive team and communicate effectively with coworkers. Be confident and experienced in safely handling fearful or aggressive animals. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and the public. Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure. High-Volume, High-Quality Spay/Neuter (HVHQSN) experience is a major plus! At Spay Oklahoma, every surgery helps prevent unwanted litters and gives animals a healthier future.
