What You'll Do As a Veterinary Technician - Inpatient Care Nurse , you'll support hospitalized patients throughout their stay—from post-operative monitoring to ongoing treatments. You will collaborate closely with our specialty and ER teams to provide consistent, high-level care. In this role, you will: Monitor and care for non-critical and recovering patients Administer medications and treatments ( IV, IM, SQ, PO ) Assist with inpatient diagnostics including bloodwork, imaging , and catheter care Prepare and manage patient recovery from anesthesia Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, clinicians, and support teams Maintain accurate records , follow treatment plans , and assist with patient discharge Demonstrate sound medical knowledge and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Apply Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques to keep patients safe and calm Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position with the following available schedule:
