Located at the intersection of Berks and Montgomery Counties in Palm, PA, we are committed to providing exceptional medical care while creating a positive experience for both our patients and their families. We're growing our team and looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Technician who is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about veterinary medicine. What You'll Do As a Veterinary Technician at Perkiomen Animal Hospital, you'll play an important role in providing outstanding patient care and supporting our veterinarians and clients.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures Performing technical skills such as blood draws, catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and radiographs Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures Administering medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records Educating pet owners and providing compassionate, clear communication Assisting with patient handling and comfort Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Working collaboratively with the entire veterinary team to deliver high-quality care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about animals and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications include:

Previous veterinary hospital experience preferred Veterinary Technician license/certification preferred, but not required Strong animal handling and patient care skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compassionate and professional approach to patients, clients, and coworkers Students currently enrolled in a veterinary technician program are encouraged to apply!
