Job Description

Fix 'Ur Cat is a registered 501.c3 non profit organization which provides high quality/high volume spay/neuter and wellness services for feline patients. We pride ourselves on making a difference in our community, and in the lives of cats and their owners. We are looking to grow our practice and are in search of part time or full time veterinary technicians. Surgical experience in a volume clinic is a bonus. Hours can be flexible - No evenings or weekends. CVT or AVMA accredited diploma preferred. 1 year of animal related or clinical experience preferred.
Job duties include:
Anesthetic monitoring Maintaining cleanliness in a surgical setting Aseptically prepping surgical patients Assist veterinarian during wellness appointments. Able to safely handle fractious patients Excellent client communication skills Able to follow directions from DVM and lead tech. Able to maintain proper and thorough records. Able to work well with all team members including volunteers and front desk staff. Ability to produce surgical paper work and book appointments
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
