Licensed Veterinary Technician River Oak Veterinary Clinic | Simpsonville, SC River Oak Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced, compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our growing team. We are a three-doctor small animal practice focused on excellent medicine, personalized client care, and a strong team culture. We are looking for an LVT who is confident in their technical skills, takes pride in exceptional patient care, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Assist veterinarians with appointments, diagnostics, treatments, surgery, and dentistry Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, medication/fluid administration, and sample collection Run in-house laboratory testing and obtain digital and dental radiographs Prepare patients for procedures and provide skilled anesthesia monitoring and recovery Assist with dental cleanings, charting, and procedures within the LVT scope of practice Provide compassionate nursing care and client education Maintain accurate medical records and help support efficient patient flow Work closely with our doctors and support team to provide excellent patient care What We're Looking For Current South Carolina Veterinary Technician license or eligibility for licensure Strong technical and patient-care skills Experience with anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and laboratory procedures Confident, compassionate handling of dogs and cats Dependable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team Strong communication skills and a willingness to continue learning and growing Why River Oak?
