Job Description

We are a busy small-animal mobile veterinary practice and our clinic is set up in a 24ft sprinter van. We focus on creating a less stressful experience for pets by seeing them at their homes. Veterinary technician or assistant will assist in all facets of the practice -- holding patients, taking vitals, prepping for appointments, managing laboratory samples, filling medications, inventory management, taking radiographs, performing teeth cleanings and monitoring anesthesia. The work is somewhat physical as it is just the technician/assistant and the veterinarian on the van. It would be ideal for applicant to be comfortable driving the van, but not required (commercial drivers license not necessary). We are looking for someone to work afternoon/evening for about 25-30hrs pre week. We are only open M-F. Pay will depend on applicant's level of experience and licensing. Experience is required.
