Licensed Veterinary Technician The Animal Clinic & Lodge at Ingram Farms - Pulaski, Tennessee Full-Time or Part Time (7:30 am-5:00 pm)
Protected Lunch:
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (Uninterrupted)
No Weekends or On-Call Required Pay:

Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and coachable. This position is best suited for an individual who thrives in a structured environment, communicates respectfully, and works with a sense of purpose and humility.
Schedule Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Lunch:
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (fully protected, no interruptions)
Weekends & On-Call:
None Key Responsibilities Place IV catheters, induce and intubate patients, and monitor anesthesia safely and attentively Prepare surgical patients and assist in aseptic procedures Perform venipuncture, in-house diagnostics, and laboratory sample processing Perform dental cleanings Assist with radiographs Communicate effectively and respectfully with veterinarians, teammates, and clients Follow established clinic protocols and accept feedback with professionalism Maintain accurate medical records and uphold standards of patient care Help sustain a clean, efficient, and calm work environment Qualifications Licensed Veterinary Technician (Tennessee) Proficient in anesthesia monitoring, catheter placement, and safe restraint techniques Excellent communication and teamwork skills Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and emotional maturity Able to take direction gracefully, adapt to feedback, and collaborate respectful Committed to continued learning and upholding high-quality patient care Why You'll Love Working Here Protected, uninterrupted 1-hour lunch daily Profit-Share Plan (after 6 months) Paid Time Off (after 6 months) Consistent structure and clear communication Opportunity to grow in a respected, privately owned practice that values its people
