This position is primarily in the clinic doing reception duties and assisting with small animal appointments, occasionally some large-animal and farm calls. No two days are the same! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue expanding their veterinary skills. What You'll Do Assist veterinarians with appointments, exams, and procedures Obtain patient histories and vital signs Assist with laboratory work, radiographs, surgery, anesthesia, and dental procedures Properly restrain and handle patients Prepare surgical and treatment areas Maintain accurate medical records Clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas Provide compassionate patient care and client communication Assist with occasional large-animal appointments and farm calls Help with general clinic duties as needed Receive cross-training in reception , including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and other front-desk responsibilities What We're Looking For Previous clinic experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Comfortable working with dogs, cats, horses, and livestock Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable staying busy and jumping in wherever needed Someone who genuinely cares about animals and the people who care for them Why Join Us?
