Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including intake and discharging patients. The success of your patients' care matters to you, and your success matters to us. Key Responsibilities ( include but are not limited to): Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures Prepare and monitor patients for surgery, including anesthesia monitoring Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and lab sample collection Run in-house diagnostics and maintain accurate medical records Provide nursing care, including patient monitoring and treatments Educate clients on medications, post-op care, and preventative health Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and surgical areas Support team members across all departments as needed Qualifications Previous veterinary technician experience required Surgical and anesthesia experience strongly preferred Strong technical skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, positive attitude toward patients and clients You'll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
