Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Technician to join our passionate veterinary team. Duties Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols Perform animal restraint and handling for dogs, cats, ensuring their comfort and safety Conduct laboratory work such as blood draws (phlebotomy), sample processing. Manage anesthesia administration and monitoring during surgical procedures, including general anesthesia and veterinary critical care cases Operate medical equipment such as X-ray machines, radiology diagnostics tools, and laboratory analyzers with precision Insert IV catheters (vascular access). Maintain detailed records using veterinary software for patient histories, treatment plans, medication administration, and client communication Qualifications 2+ years veterinary technician experience is required Team player, will to work hard in a fast paced clinic Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, anatomy, and veterinary surgical assistance techniques Familiarity with veterinary anesthesia monitoring systems, medical equipment operation, and aseptic techniques Skilled in dog handling and animal restraint to facilitate safe examinations and procedures Ability to perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, animal catheterization. Knowledge of diagnostic radiology practices including X-ray operation and radiology diagnostics interpretation Excellent client communication skills to educate pet owners about care plans and treatment options Capable of working effectively in emergency medicine settings with a focus on critical & intensive care scenarios Experience with veterinary laboratory work such as sample collection Join us if you're eager to contribute your veterinary technician expertise in a lively environment that values compassion, precision, and teamwork.
