This position is ideal for a technician who has developed strong clinical skills, enjoys working alongside an experienced veterinarian, and values practicing high-quality medicine in a calm, supportive environment. Our practice is intentionally low volume, allowing us to provide individualized care for every patient and build lasting relationships with our clients. We believe that exceptional veterinary medicine takes time, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. Our clients share those values and are deeply invested in the health and well-being of their pets. This is an opportunity for a mature, confident technician who enjoys taking ownership of their role and is passionate about surgery, dentistry, patient advocacy, and client education. What You'll Bring Extensive experience as a veterinary technician. Confidence with anesthesia, surgical assistance, dentistry, patient monitoring, and nursing care. Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of educating and supporting clients. Strong critical thinking and attention to detail. A calm, positive, and professional demeanor.
