Veterinary Technician

Full-Time | Texarkana, TX Westridge Animal Hospital is a high-volume, 5-doctor small animal practice seeking a Veterinary Technician (credentialed or experienced) to join our close-knit, supportive team. • What You'll Do Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatments Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and administer medications/fluids Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures Take radiographs and process laboratory samples Maintain accurate patient records and support patient care flow Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans Support a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate, high-quality care•What Makes This Role Different High-volume environment = you'll stay busy and continue building your skills every day A team that truly feels like family—supportive, hardworking, and drama-free Strong focus on training and mentorship—many team members were developed in-house Opportunity to be part of a hospital where your work genuinely matters to both patients and clients•?

What We're Looking For Veterinary Technician experience preferred, but not required Strong technical skills or a willingness to learn and grow quickly Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset Passion for patient care and building relationships with clients

• Schedule Monday-Friday between shifts, 7:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Typically 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts No weekend appointments (occasional rotating inpatient care only) Standard holidays observed
