Job Description
Overview CAVOS (Capital Area Veterinary Oral Surgery) is seeking highly-skilled LVTs who desire a supportive and respectful atmosphere. If your patient skills are top-notch, you enjoy anesthesia or dentistry, and you're curious about normal daily hours and a 4-day work week, please get in touch! We value kind, patient, and skilled individuals that are great at client communication. At our specialty outpatient surgical practice, responsibilities would include direct patient care, extensive client communication (check-in, phone updates, discharge), anesthesia, and dental care. Dental care includes scaling and polishing, dental radiography, as well as assisting with charting and advanced dental procedures. Instrument care, sterilization, and some basic lab work and cleaning are also part of the position. The doctors are board-certified dental specialists and residents, and we use board-certified anesthesiologists. All CAVOS employees are entitled to a four-day work week.
