Licensed Veterinary Technician, Pharmacy The Virginia Veterinary Centers Are you a skilled, passionate Veterinary Technician looking to elevate your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? The Virginia Veterinary Centers in Short Pump, VA are hiring a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The Pharmacy Licensed Veterinary Technician supports veterinarians and hospital teams in all aspects of pharmaceutical care, including accurate medication preparation, dispensing, dose verification, controlled-substance documentation, advanced constant-rate infusion calculations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. This LVT is responsible for creating safe, efficient, and organized systems for medications used in the hospital and dispensed to clients. This position requires advanced knowledge of veterinary pharmacology, excellent organizational skills, sound professional judgment, and consistent attention to detail.
