Sunrise Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned practice serving dogs and cats in the Tri-Cities area. We're hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician who enjoys both hands-on patient care and working directly with clients. Our schedule is Tuesday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts . Our LVTs are an important part of the appointment experience. You'll work in exam rooms, help clients understand our recommendations, and review treatment plans with them. You'll also use your clinical skills in diagnostics, nursing care, anesthesia, and dentistry. Our work spans preventive care, internal medicine, senior pet care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. We take a thoughtful, fear-free approach to patients who need extra support. What you'll do Work with the veterinarian in exam rooms and help keep appointments moving smoothly Perform technician appointments Educate clients about preventive care, medications, diagnostics, and follow-up care Review treatment plans and go over discharge instructions with clients Collect samples, perform diagnostic testing, take radiographs, and provide treatments and nursing care Induce and monitor anesthesia and support patient recovery Perform dental cleanings and take dental radiographs We have digital and dental radiology, ultrasound, an in-house lab, therapy laser, tonometry, IV pumps, patient warming, and multiparameter anesthetic monitoring.
