Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our small clinic team. In this role, you will assist veterinarians with various medical procedures, provide excellent patient care, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarian with examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures Administer medications and treatments as directed Monitor and record patient vital signs and behavior Prepare and maintain medical equipment and instruments Perform laboratory tests and analyze results Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Provide compassionate care and comfort to animals Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment

Qualifications:

Certification as a Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, or CVT) or equivalent experience for Veterinary Technician and Assistant role Previous experience in a veterinary clinic preferred for both roles Strong understanding of animal anatomy, medical terminology, and veterinary procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy Flexibility to work within clinic hours How to
