Job Description:

Posess required tool list for an HVAC Residential Service Technician Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched Relocate from one jobsite to another as dispatched during the workday Report to the dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsite Safely operate company vehicle Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in timely manner Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly Report problems with equipment to Dispatcher to expedite parts delivery Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance and repair visits as directed Ability to work staggered schedule if required. Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Complete all HVAC service technician-related forms properly Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through the company Acquire residential planned maintenance agreements Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines. On-call status for emergency service as required (approxmently 4 to 6 weeks a year) Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment including completion of maintenance checklists in full Demonstrate great customer service skills Demonstrate knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques Demonstrate knowledge of testing devices Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of low voltage wiring Demonstrate knowledge and ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints as they relate to a HVAC Service Technician position. Pay:

$30.00 per hour or more based on experience, with ample opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime. Signing bonus potential for qualifying HVAC Residential Service Technician candidates. •

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in the residential single family market providing HVAC demand service and maintenance as an HVAC Residential Service Technician. 2. EPA Certification required or can be obtained within the first 60 days; NATE certification a plus. 3. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, fluency in a 2nd language a plus. 4. High School Diploma or equivalent. 5. Driver's License and clean driving record- must meet insurance underwriting requirements 6. Clean background- must be able to pass a background screening. 7. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds team lifting. 8. Ability to access and work in attics and crawl spaces, ability to work in hot or cold environments. 9. Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 3-5 times a year.
