HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician

You'll handle diverse work orders, from electrical repairs to routine upkeep, delivering top-notch service to clients. If you're passionate about hands-on technical work, we want to hear from you! What you'll do Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, using diagnostic tools. Complete work orders for various maintenance tasks, such as appliance repairs and property upkeep. Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical problems in units and around property. Collaborate with team members on projects involving installation. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their maintenance needs. Basic qualifications HVAC Certified Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and property maintenance. Preferred qualifications Experience as a multifamily maintenance technician Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
