Job Description
Are you the person everyone looks to when a commercial HVAC job needs to run right? We are growing and looking for a Commercial HVAC Foreman who can lead crews, read the plans, and keep large scale projects moving from start to finish. Being a Foreman is more than just knowing HVAC. It is leadership on the jobsite. It is coordinating crews, reading blueprints, planning the work, and making sure the installation is done safely, correctly, and efficiently. The Foreman sets the tone for the entire project. When the crew is organized, the schedule stays on track, and the installation is done right the first time, it shows. In this role, you will lead small to mid-size commercial HVAC projects, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure the job gets done the way it was designed. You will interpret blueprints, coordinate materials, guide installation teams, and make sure quality standards are met at every stage. Job:
Lead installation crews on commercial HVAC projects Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications Coordinate daily work plans for small to mid-size commercial projects Oversee installation of commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, RTUs, piping, and equipment Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans Communicate with project managers regarding job progress, materials, and manpower needs Train and mentor HVAC installers and apprentices in the field Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems on the jobsite Coordinate delivery and staging of equipment and materials Maintain high quality installation standards and attention to detail Ensure compliance with jobsite safety standards and company policies Participate in project meetings and jobsite walkthroughs as required Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and field changes Support project completion timelines and overall project success Qualifications for theJob:
Journeyman level HVAC experience required Commercial HVAC Journeyman background strongly preferred Experience leading crews on commercial HVAC installation projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation methods Experience working on large scale commercial HVAC projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate crews and manage jobsite workflow Problem solving mindset and ability to make decisions in the field Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfactionWhat We Offer:
