HVAC Install Lead

What you'll be doing Installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings. Leading on installs with a helper. Helping out on maintenances/light service when things are slower. What we are looking for At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC installer Deep technical expertise in the following systems: Minisplits, Gas & Oil Furnaces, ACs, Gas & Oil Boilers, and Heat Pumps. You should feel comfortable answering questions from sales about how long an install will take and any difficult issues that might arise. Highly Organized. You will be in charge of ensuring that parts get ordered in a timely manner and that the trucks/warehouse is stocked appropriately with parts. Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state. High school diploma or equivalent ; completion of HVAC certification or technical training preferred. Type II EPA Certification. Possession of a valid driver's license.
