HVAC Installer - 3 Yrs Experience Required

About us On Demand Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is a small family business. We service and install in the surrounding counties, including Allen, DeKalb and Steuben. We provide services in Fort Wayne while expanding our area from Auburn and out. We strive to provide top quality customer service at affordable rates. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial buildings. This position requires a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Install ductwork and other components of HVAC systems. Test and adjust the performance of HVAC systems.
