HVAC Installer

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Available We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment Install ductwork, thermostats, condensers, air handlers, furnaces, mini-splits, and related components Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot as needed Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:

5-10 years of HVAC installation experience required EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience in appliance repair or air conditioning installation is preferred
• Ability to operate a van for transportation of equipment and materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Knowledge of property maintenance and field service procedures
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance techniques
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
