As an HVAC installer apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. Responsibilities Oversee all HVAC system installations; be efficient, accurate and punctual. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Properly stage jobs; adhering to quality checklist. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Communicate concerns and ideas with supervisor. Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork. Requirements Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes and/or willingness to learn. Clean, safe driving record and a valid driver license. Highly organized, work independently and under minimal supervision Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships. Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life. Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Observe safety requirements and safe work practices and methods as required. Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces. Operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools. Ability to achieve and maintain certifications and perform other related duties as assigned.
