About the Role These positions offers two distinct opportunities: Boiler /

Furnace and A/C Installer:

You'll be responsible for the professional installation of various boiler and forced air systems. We require a minimum of two years of in-field experience specifically with boiler installation.

Service Technician:

You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems. A minimum of two years of service experience is required for this role. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Perform accurate diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues. Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients to explain services and recommendations. Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards. Manage and maintain company-provided vehicle and equipment. Qualifications A minimum of two years of professional, in-field HVAC experience. Proven experience with boiler installation (for the Installer position) or HVAC service (for the Service Technician position). Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. EPA certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on your experience and skill level.

Full-time position:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Company vehicle and phone provided. Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance options. Paid holidays.
