HVAC Installer/Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations and service work. We are locally owned and operated. Join a team with no private equity ownership. Duties Install HVAC systems and accessories in residential and light commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork. Qualifications

REQUIRED

Proven experience as a residential HVAC Installer/Technician. Experience with Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, and boilers is a plus. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. Familiarity with refrigerants and their handling requirements. Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals for equipment installation and repair. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
