HVAC Installer/Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and provide optimal performance for our clients. Responsibilities Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, providing effective solutions for repairs. Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with various HVAC equipment and tools. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system functionality, maintenance needs, and potential upgrades. Requirements Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service roles. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation techniques and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with plumbing systems and appliance repair is a plus. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous. Ability to perform welding tasks as needed for system installations or repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
