What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, central AC, mini-splits) Perform precision equipment installations per manufacturer specs and code Complete seasonal tune-up inspections for maintenance agreement customers Communicate findings clearly and present service options to homeowners Maintain company vehicle and tools to fleet standards Document jobs accurately in ServiceTitan field software Requirements Active HVAC Journeyman license required 2+ years residential HVAC service experience Valid Oklahoma driver's license + clean driving record Strong diagnostic skills - refrigerant, electrical, airflow Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and Oklahoma weather Qualifications Do you have a valid driver's license & reliable vehicle?
