We are committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and industry-leading standards. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy optimal indoor comfort while upholding our reputation for exceptional service. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances. Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation and repairs. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems when necessary, including refrigerant line connections and drainage setups. Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components such as motors, compressors, fans, valves, and controls. Maintain accurate service records detailing work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each job. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with construction or property maintenance background. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans confidently. Experience working with refrigeration systems, ammonia refrigeration is a plus. Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC applications. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for equipment repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification preferred. Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), boiler operation, appliance repair, welding techniques, and maintenance practices. Mechanical or technical certifications are highly desirable; experience with field service operations is preferred. $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
