Paid Holidays Compensation:

$33-$38 per hour plus bonuses and service spiffs!

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and fix residential HVAC systems, ensuring every job meets safety standards and regulatory codes. Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems. Keep systems running smoothly by cleaning coils, calibrating controls, and replacing motors, fans, and filters. Explain technical issues in plain English, offering clear repair options and costs so homeowners can make informed decisions. Replace refrigerant lines, vents, and humidifiers while ensuring all work is accurate and serviceable. Maintain clean records of services provided and explain warranties to customers. Participate actively in all training exercises, continuing education, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.

What You Bring:

2+ years in residential HVAC service. Must live in or near McHenry County. High School Diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean record. EPA Certification is preferred. You own the personal tools of the trade. A team player who communicates effectively and takes pride in a job well done.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-80 lbs. Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
