We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 7 years of residential and commercial HVAC repair experience. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. Compensation will be based on experience, diagnostic ability, efficiency, and overall performance in the field. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, including: Air conditioning units Boilers Air handlers Mini-splits Unit heaters Tube heaters Cambridge units Rooftop units Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately Proficient customer service skills when communicating diagnosis and repair with customers Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical diagrams to identify issues and implement solutions Utilize technical support resources and mobile applications when needed to assist with diagnostics and repairs Complete jobs in a timely, organized, and professional manner with minimal supervision Maintain accurate and detailed service records and customer invoices Safely operate tools and equipment including power washers, hammer drills, ProPress tools, threaders, and more Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and components such as water heaters, heat exchangers, and related materials If you are a motivated technician looking for an opportunity to grow with a professional team, we would love to hear from you.
