HVAC Service Technician

• Run service demand calls and evaluate HVAC system performance
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, repairs, and replacements
• Present solutions to customers and close sales on-site
• Work higher-value PMA calls, typically on older systems (5-10+ years)
• Deliver strong customer service while driving revenue through recommendations
• Manage your own pipeline from service calls Requirements / Qualifications
• 2-3 years of HVAC experience
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to confidently present options and close deals in-home
• Experience running service calls
• Must have a HIS license or the ability to get one with 90 days
• Valid driver's license with a clean record What We're Looking For

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

HVAC technician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
