HVAC Service Technician

We're expanding our fleet and looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What you'll do Diagnose and repair no-heat and no-cooling service calls on residential systems Service and replace forced-air systems, heat pumps, boilers, steam systems, and domestic hot water equipment Troubleshoot 24-volt control wiring and low-voltage electrical systems Communicate findings to homeowners clearly and professionally Complete service documentation and job notes accurately Requirements Connecticut S2 or D2 license (some lower licenses considered) EPA 608 refrigerant certification Strong hands-on experience with residential heating and cooling systems Solid understanding of 24-volt control circuits and system wiring Familiarity with heat pumps, hydronic boilers, steam, and DHW systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule What we offer Competitive pay - negotiable based on experience and credentials Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle provided Supportive, no-drama work environment where good work is recognized
