What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds. Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards. Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting (HVAC Certification required). Help supervise maintenance operations when the Facility Manager is unavailable . Monitor and inspect the work of maintenance staff and outside contractors to ensure quality. Recommend replacement equipment and facility improvements when needed. Support hands-on training for Job Corps students participating in work-based learning. Ensure compliance with safety codes, operational policies, and facility standards . Collaborate with staff across departments to maintain a safe and welcoming campus environment . What We're Looking For HVAC Certification (Required) Experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or facility operations Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs independently Strong attention to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, walking, and working with tools Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor students and support staff Why Join Us?
