TROUBLESHOOTING

• Upon receiving a customer complaint, follows systematic questioning techniques and relates answers to the functioning of the system
• Follows point by point troubleshooting guides to find faults in a short period of time
• Avoids needless callbacks by checking complete system before leaving the job
• Check safety and limit controls for proper setting before leaving the job
• When faced with a seemingly unsolvable problem, seeks out help before leaving
• Uses proper tools and instruments for troubleshooting.

SUPPLEMENTARY OBJECTIVES

• Keep apprised of all service products and understanding of coverage codes
• Keep your supervisor informed of any customer relations or personnel relations problems that you become aware of
• Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, other outside contacts, and co-workers
• Apprise your Supervisor of any and all customer complaints within one hour and support an expedient resolution. Communicate resolution or proposed resolution to the customer as soon as is known
• Maintain personal appearance in a clean, neat, well-groomed manner as best as job conditions allow
• Maintain truck in mechanically sound, clean, and well-organized
• Keep the customer informed of your arrival, progress, and departure
• Attend all appropriate training sessions provided by the company
• Enter leads for additional business in the “Additional Work” tab in Mobile Tech.

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVE

• Commercial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience
• packaged AC Equipment
• Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Controls, Refrigeration etc.
