HVAC Technician:

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, machinery, and building maintenance equipment. Key Responsibilities of the

HVAC Technician:

Corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment and/or building facilities equipment. All activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the plant mechanical, HVACR systems along with operations. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Track & record usage of refrigeration. Support cross functional teams in maintenance related problem-solving process and continuous improvement activities. Assemble, install, repair, and dismantle industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Work from mechanical and electrical schematics, sketches, manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions. Support equipment modifications and equipment installations. Required repair and lubricate machinery and equipment. Conduct routine audits and verifications to confirm the completion of maintenance activities. Arrive on the job, ready to work every day according to the work plan and schedule. Demonstrates role model behavior for safety, integrity and ethical standards. Ensure all work performed complies with environmental regulations. Required Skills & Competencies of the

HVAC Technician:

Journeyman's Card in relevant industrial field or equivalent 8 years of documented experience. Experience in battery manufacturing/clean rooms, hoist maintenance, welding, pipefitting, small fabrication, and HVAC. Universal EPA Refrigerant license preferred. Backflow preventer certification preferred. Good computer skills. Experienced in industrial safety practices. Professional, service oriented and easy to work with.
