We are currently seeking an organized, hands-on, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Warehouse and Facilities, the Warehouse Supervisor will help to oversee and participate in the daily operations of the warehouse/distribution center. The Warehouse Supervisor will help lead a small warehouse team, coordinate logistics, ensure operational excellence, maintain accurate inventory levels, enforce company standards, and perform general warehouse duties. The role demands strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. The Warehouse Supervisor will require regular and routine interaction with all levels of management, as well as truck drivers, sales representatives, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Engages in daily warehouse activities, leading by example to ensure high performance of warehouse employees.
• Monitors facility systems and processes to maximize warehouse productivity.
• Ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensures quality standards meet company expectations.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and participates in annual stock count.
• Collaborates with warehouse team members to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making any necessary adjustments as needed.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping.
• Reports any problems with materials or transportation to Warehouse Manager.
• Services equipment as needed, and reports any mechanical/electrical difficulties, or problems with materials to the Warehouse Manager.
• Restocks supplies and inventory; places blanket and special orders as needed.

KCG Warehousing is looking for an exceptional Warehouse Supervisor! We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience as a leader in a warehousing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education and experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and business. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

• Performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights
• Sitting or standing for extended periods
• Traversing and accessing all areas of the warehouse and property

Required Competencies:

• Proficiency with Office 365, WMS, and ERP software
• Reading and interpreting documents, reports, manuals and complex data
• Writing routine reports and correspondence
• Accurate counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, of different units of measure
• Being comfortable speaking in front of groups of employees In addition to the above, a successful applicant may be required to assume a variety of other responsibilities.
