We highly value our relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and our team We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Tune-Up Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC system tune‑ups and inspections Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency, and maintenance Present repair and improvement options using a trained, consultative approach Represent the company professionally in customers' homes Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors
Qualifications:
Customer service and sales experience required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn a skilled trade Enjoy working with your hands and interacting with people Pride in your work and personal professionalism Team‑oriented mindset Valid State driver's license
Physical Demands:
Stand/Sit:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling. May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50K-$70K/annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
