Your day-to-day may include:

Assisting the hygienist during hygiene procedures and patient care Preparing patients for exams and treatments Taking high-quality digital X-rays Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and operatories Setting up trays and preparing materials for procedures Supporting patient education and comfort throughout visits Performing various lab duties and assisting with provisionals as needed Maintaining accurate records and protecting patient confidentiality (HIPAA) Following OSHA, infection control, and safety protocols at all times Who You Are You're someone who: Loves helping people feel comfortable and cared for Thrives in a team environment Brings positive energy and a strong work ethic Pays attention to the little details Is eager to learn and grow professionally Believes kindness and teamwork matter Qualifications Dental Assistant Certification (where required) X-ray Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification preferred Assisted hygiene experience preferred (1-2 years minimum) Current OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and Infection Control training Experience with dental software systems High school diploma or equivalent Why Real Life Dental?
