Inities action to correct performance or conduct problems. Effects minor disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands and recommends action in more serious disciplinary mters. Administers the AGR Control Grade usage and reporting tools. e.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE/LABOR RELATIONS
Supervises and manages the planning, operions and administrion of programs advising both management and subordines on mters pertaining to performance management, and employee recognition and incentive awards programs, conduct and discipline, the labor relions program. f.
POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND POSITION MANAGEMENT
Supervises and manages the planning, operions and administrion of the position classificion and position management program, ste manpower policies and directs their implemention with OPM, DoD, DA, DAF, and NGB policies and authorizions. g.
RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT, AND COMPENSATION
Supervises and manages the planning, operions, and administrion of the ste merit promotion plan to include procedures for recruitment, placement, evaluion, and pay determinions. Supervises and manages the implemention and administrion of special emphasis staffing programs. Ensures timely implemention of new wage scales or salary schedules and cooperes or participes in wage surveys. Performs other duties as assigned.
