Job Description

Overview Elle and Me Developmental & Behavioral Services is dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and families. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential through tailored interventions and support.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated IBHS Mobile Therapist to join our team. The IBHS Mobile Therapist will provide in-home, school and community therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. This role is essential in delivering evidence-based interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families to develop effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and their families. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Provide direct therapeutic services in clients' homes or community settings, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate families about behavioral health issues and provide strategies for support. Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state licensure or certification (LCSW, LPC, etc.) preferred. Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Knowledge of Aloha and Motivity is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations.

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
