ICE Supervisor

Summary Entry-level supervisor role responsible for supporting ICE manpower, planning and execution. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of ICE planning, execution, and contractor coordination within the facility. This role ensures optimal equipment reliability, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborates with fellow supervisors to optimize scheduling, streamline material procurement, and uphold safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists in planning and scheduling work for ICE and contract work. Support scheduling of work in PASTA and manage manpower allocation Assist Team Leader and other Supervisors in development of standard work. Supports procurement processes by coordinating material requests and verifying timely onsite delivery. Assists in maintaining accurate records of critical spares to prevent stockouts and support reliability. Liaises with vendors and contractors to obtain cost estimates and projected schedules for upcoming work. Ensures safe working conditions and compliance with safety protocols. Ensure contractors comply with site safety, quality, and operational standards. Monitor daily ICE activities and provide technical guidance. Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring safe and efficient work execution. Develop and manage preventive and predictive ICE schedules. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education:

Associate degree in a technical related field

Experience:

4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, planning, and contractor management. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Relevant on-the-job experience or education above and beyond that described above may be substituted for part of the experience and/or education requirement

The employee must have close visual acuity to analyze data, perform inspections, and view computer monitors; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Work Environment This position could require working in extreme heat and cold both in inside and outside environments; environments containing fumes, odors, dust, gases, and high amounts of noise and vibration. Additionally, this position requires the ability to work in close quarters, narrow passageways, at heights, on grating, platforms and catwalks. Work outside normal business hours may be required.
