Job Summary Run the operations of the separators within specified guidelines to deliver a quality output. Essential Functions Effectively perform in this key role in the Gooding Cheese Plant and maintain quality and throughput standards Maintain records and paperwork accurately Take samples in a timely manner Communicate regularly with shift supervisor and lead person Ensure whey quality meets specifications Make changes to computers and separators as needed or as instructed Stay current with SOPs as equipment and process change Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
