Job Description:

The Exam Services Proctor will assist in the administration of internal and external course and shelf exams. The role is part time with variable days and hours. Essential Functions Proctor a variety of course exams, including but not limited to:

Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 course exams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board Exams Assist student with IPad resets Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials,test logs, and other test documents Must be vigilant - able to pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating;able to administer Assessment Department rules Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testing Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline process Return testing materials to the appropriate instructors ,agencies, or other colleges as required Work with students who have need of special accommodations ​Qualifications Skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent Requires familiarity and comfort using Apple IPad and iOS software Equal Opportunity Employer KCU is committed to promoting an equal employment opportunity workplace.
