Type:

full-time Searching for board eligible/board certified ENT to join our multi-specialty group. More than 60 primary care providers within Blessing Health System providing referrals, the potential to build a robust practice is extremely high. Base salary is at or above the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU's. Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm; 1:5 call. Experienced staff. Audiologist on-site. Lab & Imaging on-site.

Compensation:
Salary Range:

$550,000-$600,000 WRVU productivity incentives available Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included. Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.

Blessing is the largest medical provider serving a 300,000+ population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates Blessing Hospital, a 349-bed regional referral center in Quincy, Illinois, (population 45,000) and Illini Community Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility in Pittsfield, Illinois, (population 4,200). Additionally, there are a number of outlying clinics throughout our region. Quincy offers excellent public and parochial schools, a public 2-year community college, a private 4-year university. Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences was among the first accredited nursing schools in the nation and currently offers programs in nursing, respiratory care, radiologic sciences, and medical laboratory technology. Fine dining, expansive and well-developed parks, and abundant recreational facilities are all nearby. Quincy is located two hours from St. Louis, Missouri and Lambert International Airport. We are three and a half hours from Kansas City, Missouri and four hours from Chicago. Daily flights connect Quincy's Baldwin Field with Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Amtrak provides two round trips daily to Chicago.
