Duties Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, asylum, and deportation defense Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, and supporting evidence Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to stay current on immigration law updates Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings with strong litigation skills Negotiate on behalf of clients with government agencies to facilitate favorable outcomes Collaborate with law office staff to ensure accurate case management and timely filings Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, regulations, and tribal law & regulations that may impact cases Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in immigration law, including family law, employment-based visas, or deportation defense Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal analysis Excellent writing skills for drafting detailed legal documents and reports Experience with legal administrative processes related to immigration cases Knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and tribal law & regulations is a plus but not required Demonstrated negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients in complex scenarios Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Immigration Attorney and become a vital part of a team committed to delivering exceptional legal services.
