This is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed to fast-track your career, with the goal of promoting you to an Implementation Lead within your first year!

What You'll Do:

As an Implementation Analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience in all facets of software implementation for our cutting-edge logistics platform. You'll work closely with a Senior Implementation Lead, learning the ropes of project management, software configuration, and the fundamentals of the domestic over-the-road shipping industry.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Software:

Dive deep into Banyan Technology's comprehensive software features, becoming a true product expert.

Client Collaboration:

Hone your communication skills by listening to clients' business needs, explaining solution options, and explaining committed scopes of work.

Project Support:

Assist in managing multiple implementation projects in parallel, ensuring deliverables are met and projects stay on schedule and budget.

Software Configuration:

Learn to configure our software to meet unique client requirements, addressing client solution needs with the rich feature set available in our product.

Problem-Solving:

Effectively leverage internal resources and teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics, or any analytical program.

Analytical Mindset:

You enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding effective solutions.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication is a must. You'll be interacting directly with clients and internal teams.

Organizational Prowess:

You can juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without missing a beat.

Positive Demeanor:

A can-do attitude and a positive outlook will help you build strong relationships with our clients.

Technical Aptitude:

You're comfortable learning new software and technology quickly. (No prior software development or SQL skills required!)

AI Proficiency:
