Summary As an In Home Caregiver at HomeWell Care Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through compassionate and personalized care. This position is essential in fulfilling our mission of delivering exceptional home care services that promotes well-being. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans. Document care provided accurately and timely to ensure continuity of service. Qualifications Ability to pass criminal background check CPR & First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care. Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with team members. Basic knowledge of personal hygiene practices and safety protocols. Reliable transportation to travel between client homes as needed. Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of clients.
