What We Offer:

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Based on experience and client needs)

Holiday Pay:

1.5x standard rate for holiday shifts

Hours:

Weekly Pay Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Compassionate assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

Mobility & Safety:

Safe transfer assistance and proactive fall prevention.

Companionship:

Engaging and empathetic social interaction.

Daily Living:

Light housekeeping, laundry, and general organization.

Nutrition & Transport:

Meal preparation and driving for appointments/errands when needed.

Health Monitoring:

Observing client well-being and updating family/management.

Requirements Reliable Transport:

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle.

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive national screening.

Professionalism:

Proactive communication, punctual, and highly reliable.

Interpersonal Skills:

Self-motivated and compassionate with a talent for building client relationships.

Experience:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Please be aware:

This role is exceptionally demanding. It requires significant physical stamina (lifting, assisting with mobility) and can take a heavy emotional toll. We are looking for candidates who are highly resilient, understand the realities of in-home care, and have strong self-care practices.
